1. Who we are
Pocket Rockets is a game by Zero Point Studio d.o.o.. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
2. Playing as a guest
You can play without giving us any personal information. We create a guest account and keep a random key on your device so you can come back to it. If you log out of a guest account, clear your browser data or uninstall the app, the guest account is gone.
3. What we collect
- If you register: your email address, your name (last name optional) and a password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form.
- Your pilot name: if you choose one, it is shown publicly on leaderboards and to other players.
- Your play: your runs, scores, level, in-game items and currency, quests, colony, co-op and duel results.
- Purchases: which item you bought, when, and the store's transaction number. Your payment details are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe and never reach us.
- Security data: the IP address your device uses, when you sign in and when our systems detect unusual activity, to protect accounts and keep the game fair.
- Crash reports through Sentry, to fix errors (they contain no account id or IP address), and anonymous usage statistics through our own analytics server, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. You can switch both off in the game's Settings.
- Fair play signals: scrambled (keyed-hash) versions of your network address and a random device identifier, kept for 30 days, so we can tell when one person plays with several accounts against each other.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. Why we use it
To run your account and the game (performing our contract with you), to deliver and refund purchases (contract and legal obligations), to protect accounts and prevent cheating (our legitimate interest in a fair and secure game), and to fix errors and improve the game (legitimate interest).
5. Who receives it
Service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our error-reporting provider (Sentry), and the app stores and payment providers for purchases. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
While your account exists. Security records: 30 days. Server logs: about two weeks. Backups: up to 14 days. When you delete your account, see section 7.
7. Deleting your account
In the game, go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password; or use game.pocketrockets.space/delete-account. A registered account is deleted 7 days later (sign in during those days to cancel). A guest account is deleted at once. We erase your name, email, password, pilot name, settings and security records. Your past games stay in our records without any name (shown as "Pilot-1234"), and purchase records are kept as our financial records. If an account was banned, we keep a one-way fingerprint of its email address so it cannot be used to register again.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to privacy@pocketrockets.space. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
9. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed. Access to our servers is limited to the people who run the game.

11. This website
This website sets no cookies, loads nothing from other companies and runs no analytics. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs (address, time, page) for about two weeks, for security.
